Provided by YP.comAlthough therapy was good if you got the right therapist, the rest of the services were awful. They have no idea what gluten free means - after 2 weeks they are still serving my mother gluten foods. They can't spell or read!! They tried to put a man in the room with my mother, never respond to nurse calls. Am getting my mother out of this place before they kill her!!
At Palm Garden our Mission is to create a compassionate environment for each person entrusted to our care. We work really hard to inspire hope and healing by helping those individuals achieve their highest level of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Please call us at our home office to help us determine, from your point of view, how we can improve. But know that as a mission based company, The Palm Garden Family will never stop our efforts to effectively serve our community.

Provided by YPmobileAmazing! My mother was in Palm Garden of Aventura for 2 months for rehab after a debilitating stroke. She couldn't walk talk or feed herself. The team at Palm Garden was amazing the rehab department specialized treatment to meet her needs. Physical, speech, and occupational therapy was so good with her. The floor nurses were kind and the food was great! The center was very clean. The admissions office were so nice and knowledgeable. The business office also was quite knowledgeable. All in all the experience was great. My mom is now walking with a walker, talking, and eating on her own.I believe that's pretty amazing after the stroke. I recommended this place to a friend who was having a total knee replacement she loved it. I would recommend Palm Garden of Aventura to everyone I know. The service is the wonderful.

Provided by YP.comMany of the personnel here, including, desk clerks, nurses, social workers and telephone receptionists are very disorganized and unresponsive to patients needs. Lack of good communication and skills are abundant at this facility. The family member was in this facility for about two months, and actually, there was little in the way of REHAB done for the patient. Most patients looked as if they were there for nursing home care. There is a room where patients do exercise, but most of the time patients are simply sitting in bed or in a chair in a common room for them. Would look elsewhere for a TRUE Rehabilitation Center where the staff is responsive to patient needs.
