They brushed me off and refused to
provide me with Propane because they claimed that I was in violation of building codes. I was /am not. Their customer service is the Worst and severely lacking. The customer is Not No.1. Their concerns and their 'profits' are No. 1. The customer is a distant No. 2. Stay away!! Go somewhere else for Propane.

Garbage. I was going through divorce and was paid in full. I asked them to stop delivery of all gas. they filled up my 100 gallon tank a week after that phone call. I paid for the gas, but did not use it because I wanted to save it for the next winter. they said I didn't use enough gas and started charging me $125 rental fee because I didn't use enough gas. I told them I would use up my propane and they could get their tanks. They came the next week and took the full tank and refused to give me the money for the gas I had already bought. i told them at least give me the $400 - $125 bogus rental fee. They just took the gas and never gave me any money. stay away from these losers.

The technician that was supposed to do a

site survey, was an hour and a half Later than what he said he would be. I waited and then called. They said he's on his way. He must have went the long way.

Also, when he walked into my house he left my front door open, instead of closing it behind him!!?! 3 of my pets (indoor cats) got out, along with much of the heat that was in the room, on a day that was not more than 33 deg. outside. WHAT AN IDIOT!! One of my cats was out for 2 weeks in the cold, following this travesty.

I didn't realize the door was open right away, since we were in a different room. I came back in the room, shocked to realize the door had been open to the outside for about 15 minutes! I couldn't believe It!!!!!

They are Terrible people. They had No

apology at all, only an off hand comment, "The cats will come back eventually". F#%king as&hole!!

I'd rate 0 stars if I could!!

Very high priced after your 1st fill plus they charge you to get a delivery. Insult added to injury. Called to have my heater serviced and they don't do it! Stay away.
