Meanwhile the phone is ringing and she’ll say never mind I’ll let it go to voicemail instead of answering the telephone. When you call the office you never get an answer you only get the answering machine. Terrible practice. I would hate to have a serious emergency question for this doctors office because I know for a fact I would never get through.
