We asked Ray to come to our home for a free estimate when we were having water problems in our finished basement. He was referred to us by a family friend after a basement company tried to sell us an expensive drainage system that we didn't even need. Ray was on-time for our appointment and thorough when searching for our "leak". He answered all of our questions and was honest to explain that it was more of plumbing issue then waterproofing. Ray could have tried to sell us a French drain system, but once he realized it was not necessary, he was honest about it and told us we didn't need his services. I would highly recommend Ray to anyone in need of a waterproofing inspection/estimate based on his honesty.
