Worst cleaners and service that I have ever experienced. They ruined a Burberry shirt that I had worn ONLY THREE times. They would not take any responsibility for it. The owner John would not return my phone calls (for over two months) and as a result I had to keep returning to the cleaners and today by chance he walked in while I was there. He was very unprofessional, confrontational and took no responsibility. Be very aware of their “policy” that is posted on the wall. If you have any designer clothes that you do not want to be ruined go to a different dry cleaner.
John blamed my deodorant for damaging the fabric.
