Hello, Noe O.! We both extremely sorry and baffled to hear about your experience. In any instance where a customer has feedback to share, we always encourage them to contact us directly. In looking back through our records, however, we do not see any time where you had reached out to share your thoughts with us. This said, we still want to be sure to address any concerns you may have. First and foremost, please know that as a highly regulated transportation company, our rates are governed by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (the agency responsible for overseeing all taxi operations in the state). As such, our rates are set at a metered, consistent rate per mile, and we never, ever charge surge pricing. In addition, it is absolutely never our practice to add a tip to any fare without approval. In fact, through our our comprehensive and secure credit card processing system, we are able to review every single transaction…and customers are also issued a receipt of their transaction, with all monetary amounts outlined, at the time of purchase. Upon receipt of their transaction, all customers are also actually able to dispute a payment right then and there through a secure server, or send us a direct private message on the spot. Again, in looking back through our records, we do not see any such dispute or attempt to contact us directly in regards to your particular situation. Finally, we pride ourselves on exemplifying only the highest levels of customer service in the transportation world; words supported by thousands of repeat customers and positive reviews across multiple platforms. As one last note, and given all of these factors above, we honestly feel our company may be mixed up with a completely different business, in a completely different state. There is another business out there with our same name, and we’ve unfortunately experienced times where our wires get crossed with theirs on various webpages (including this yellowpages.com site). We truly do think this might be the culprit here. At any rate, and no matter *what*, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for any negative experience you may have encountered.
