Terrible inconsistent haircuts. One time I was waiting for 15 minutes, and a woman came in who claimed to have tried to make an appointment online, but her internet was down...and they took her before me. Don't waste your time here.

It is a terrible place to go. The stylists are incompetent and disrespectful. The coupons they give away are not worth it. Don't waste your time and money by going to this place!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! Such a fun, upbeat environment! The girls are always smiling and having a good time! You can tell they genuinely love their job! Not to mention I got the best haircut I've had in a while! I will definitely be coming back!

Disappointing place to be led to believe you would get full time work and be debt home early.every day because it was"slow". Iwas employed at great clips for 7 days and was sent home really 5 off them and one of the other days called on the phone and asked if I.would like to stay home.. I am very happy to know that I did not pass up a REAL job to take that one..I.quit 8.days later.. The manager Kim will get you into work there and tell you what you want to hear hoping you will be desperate enough to stay.and put up with her unprofessional crazy leadership of a store that hasn't even been open 4 months.

Went there today to get a haircut because they were having 5.99 per haircut special. I have a very simple haircut, just a number 3 on the top and 2 on the sides with clippers. The girl who cut my hair couldnt seem to even handle that! Instead of using the #3 guide for the clippers I'm the top she used a shorter guide and just eyeballed it skimming the top of the hair. When I looked at it when I got home the length was all uneven across the top. Even worse is what she did when she trimmed around my ears and neck. Completely uneven. The way she trimmed around one ear is COMPLETLY different from the other. Around one of my ears she shaved a triangle up into my hair so it lookes likr I just had surgery!!! I'm not saying all the people working there are bad but i can't believe this girl was qualified after messing up so badly such a simple cut. No other person that has cut my hair has ever had any issue or had done anything like this. I won't be returning.
