The Owner is very difficult to work with. She makes it almost impossible to pick up any of my clothes that I no longer want to consign. She does not go over prices. She does not send you receipts when something sells or how much it sold for and she takes a very long time to pay you if she does sell something. She recently lost some of my designer expensive clothes and does not take responsibility for it. I have had to call an attorney to try to solve this problem. I have witnessed her be rude to people many times in her store. I don't recommend ever doing any business with her.
