THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!! My wife and I went to Nail Gallery in Avon to have a pedicure based on their coupon clipped from their website. The service advertised that the customer would receive hot stone, hot cream, and paraffin wax treatments, including a 10 minute massage along with the pedicure.

The pedicure was very mediocre and lasted about 20 minutes total, and there was no paraffin treatment. I was disappointed with the sub-par pedicure but hoped the massage would make up for it. I was directed to a chair, immediately asked for my payment, and then I sat for 30 minutes waiting for my massage. When I finally spoke up and asked how much longer, I was told there would be no massage because I am a man. I was incredulous at this statement considering that a man had performed the pedicure on me. I tried to complain to the owner (Michelle) but she just ignored me and rudely waved me to go away. I was quite upset and left very dissatisfied.

My wife and sister tell me that the staff are always try to trick you into more expensive services without mentioning the increased price. I want to warn my fellow consumers that the customer service and overall product at Nail Gallery is the WORST!!!
