We are licensed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) to provide a full range of adoption services for families who reside in Connecticut. We also have an active infant and toddler adoption program through Guatemala that is open to parents who live anywhere in the United States. Rainbow Adoptions International, Inc. is a member in good standing of the Joint Council on International Children's Services (JCICS). Rainbow Adoptions International, Inc. is a licensed, non-profit child-placing agency with a 501(c)(3) status for charitable purposes.
