Horrible!!! The woman at the front desk is extremely rude and incompetent. I spent 10 minutes Saturday continuously correcting the woman on how I wanted my dog groomed only for her to come out completely shaved with several bleeding cuts!! She proceeded to charge me more than what I have previously paid and cocked an attitude when I requested a price breakdown sheet. I was told I could come back in Monday for them to correct the cut on my other pup and before I drove there called to ensure they could get them in. My numerous calls went unanswered and my voicemail ignored. I was promised Saturday that the manager would call Wednesday and to no surprise I did not receive a call. I am livid! What awful customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different groomer.

Just took our 3 dogs there for their Self Service pet wash. They were such a mess from all the snow. There's 8 bathtubs separated by a wall. We took up 3. Everything was there so we didn't have to bring anything. The high velocity blowers rock. I couldn't believe how much hair came out of my dog. It's such an ordeal to bathe them at home that we don't do it often enough. I hate the mess in my bathroom. Now that we found this place, we'll be going there all the time. They also give you a free one after you've bought 6. I highly recommend this place!

I have been taking my dog to this salon for 6 years. It is the best place you can take your dogs for full service and self service needs. I usually use the self service side but occasionally need the help of full service. Anyone whom I have ever asked to assist me has been more than helpful. I have recommended this shop to many of my friends and will continue to do so since I know when I am out there with my dog...we get the red carpet treatment. Keep up the good work!

I've been using All American Dog Grooming since they first opened and have been nothing but pleased. The owner Jess and his staff are top notch! The facility is clean and inviting. The groomers do a fantastic job, and the do-it-yourself wash is the best gig around! Sad to see the poor review - get a grip! Heard of a joke? A sense of humor is a great attribute; you might try it!

Our three Golden Retriever children LOVE this place (as did the two who have passed on),so as you can tell we have been utlizing their services for many years. They get sooo excited when we tell them they are "going to the spa" that we have to keep it a secret until they are in the car! The folks at AAGS take THE BEST care of our kids and have been fabulous even when they have had medical issues requiring extra time and attention. The owner and staff go out of their way to make sure the animals and their people are happy.

I have been taking my three golden retrievers to All American Grooming for over 2 years. The staff is extremely professional and the facility is first rate. I highly, highly recommend this grooming salon to all of my friends & neighbors. Keep up the great work!

Really nice and friendly staff. Facility is first class and great customer service. Making the customer happy is #1 here. My dog loves them. Would highly recommend.

First off, I think it's safe to say that 'twilight' has absolutely no sense of humor whatsoever, but that���s neither here nor there. My wife and I have been taking our two dogs (miniature poodle & yorkie-poo) to All American Grooming for the past four years and we couldn���t be happier. The owner and staff are very accommodating with our busy schedules and I know when we drop our dogs off that that they are in great hands. We recommend All American Grooming to everyone we know. Keep up the great work!!!

All American Grooming Salon is a great place to take your dog(s) for their baths. I have two and utilize their self service side and have their staff trim my dogs nails after their baths. I have always been treated very well here. Would highly recommend them to my friends.

I've taken my dog here for years and always received great service. I'm not real particular about my dogs hair cuts and they always make her look great for a big mutt:)
