I highly recommend the Big Show catering. They catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding. My DJ had recommended them because he said there events always ran so smooth. He was so right! My friends weddings were no way near as organized as mine. Plus the food was spectacular.

I had my wedding at the Fountaine Bleau a few weeks ago. My friends and family are still raving about the food being "The best wedding Food they had ever had!" Their timing was perfect and everything we ever wanted!

If you are all about food, use Big show!! I could not have been happier. Their staff was very accomidating, also!
