Bate and switch on price. Terrible customer service. I bought a full interior and exterior package on Groupon. Made an appointment and dropped my car off. I was told that I would have to pay $30 EXTRA for pet hair in my car. I said I don't want to pay extra and it doesn't have to be perfect, just get what you can get. I was called about 15 minutes later by someone claiming to be a supervisor who was extremely rude and told me that I HAD to pay the $30 extra or to come get my car. She could Not have been more unprofessional. Needless to say, i picked up my car, and i got my money back from Groupon who apologized repeatedly for dealing with such a shady company. Absolutely Ridiculous.
