Mr. Myles completed a mold remediation for an investment property of mine that was completed in a timely manner. I thought it was a bit odd that getting him to supply my buyers with a guarantee and an executed contract was extremely difficult, but I eventually got what I needed. I needed a quick home inspection done and Mr. Myles advised me he was a licensed home inspector as well. He completed my home inspecton on August 7, 2014, and cashed my check for the full amount the very next day. He advised me it would be around 5 business days for me to receive the report. I waited around 10 business days before I asked him for the status. He advised me he "thought he emailed it to me". He did not. Several days went by with nothing. He's come up with every excuse in the book from "I'm out of the country" to "I had computer problems" to "Office Max just returned my documents". It's September 3rd, almost a month later, and I still have yet to receive my report.

See below for the company's response to a review written on Angie's List. Interesting that they state in multiple websites and pages, including this one, that they do plumbing. I would be very careful with this one.
