Had scheduled a cab to get my friends and I after a sport event. We had scheduled the day before, and was assured that we would be picked up at a certain time. The cab did not even show up, and the rude woman on the phone, hung up on us when we called to figure out what was going on. Obviously they had caller ID, because they refused to answer the phone after that. Luckily a cab was driving around looking for customers when we realized that we had been abandoned. So we were able to make it home. Absolutely DO NOT USE SAFE AND RELIABLE SERVICES!!!!!!! If you try to depend on this company for a ride, its possible that they can put you in danger. You can get stranded, and yet worse depending on your location. We were stranded in a busy downtown city in the night hours. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. Your best bet is to call a legitimate taxi service or use uber driver.

We paid to have a limo for our wedding for five hours. It showed up on time but it was a piece of junk!!! Tape used to repair some of the interior, the radio did NOT work at all, there was a constant loud beeping noise in our ears, they provided a bottle of champagne but it was WARM...no ice at all. It was the worst part of our wedding day. The limo ride should be a fun time of celebrating in between events and it was terrible and no one wanted to be in there, esp with NO MUSIC. We informed them about our experience and all they said they could do was give us another limo for five hours....um, sorry we aren't getting married again and we went to prom 10+ years ago - we don't need another limo ride - esp. from this place! Customer beware...the pictures they have of the cars is not always what they send you!!!

This is the best limo company I have ever dealt with and it will be the only limo company I ever give my business to! I have used them for concerts, nights out in Cleveland and always recommended them to family for weddings. I now get to use their services for my own wedding! I have been in their standard black limo, their stretch hummer and their 4 passenger SUV - all vehicles have always been up to date, clean and a great sound system.



Roger was so quick to give me a quote over the phone and asked me questions about why I was in need of a limo so he could give me his recommendations. He took the time to discuss my options and pricing and assured me I was getting the best deal for what was needed.



They have also shown up with the correct limo/bus, always on time and have always had a professional and friendly staff!



Don't waste your time with any other limo companies, go with Safe and Reliable!

Elyria is an economically depressed area, and this company is down from seven cars in its heyday to one or two. The owner nevertheless soldiers on. He drove 17 miles and met us promptly when we de-trained at one in the morning, then delivered us seven miles away and asked for eight dollars. This isn't a business, it's a gosh-darned public service, and he deserves a medal. Sure he gets a little cranky -- wouldn't you?

I was looking for taxi service and tried to check this one out. I went to the website listed and guess what....this website is currently suspended..How can I trust a company that can't even keep their website out of suspension..You make the call.....
