Very disappointed.
They advertising and not diliver.
Don't respond on complains.
Just try to get you in the shop.

Worst customer service ever. No communication. Changed my delivery time 3 times. Wasted a whole saturday waiting for my furniture.

I returned a $645 chair to TURNER FURNITURE five days after purchase because the chair was poorly constructed . ( I have pictures to prove it), After two days of use, there was a 1/2 inch space in the center of the seat beween the foam padding and the seam in the leather. I could feel the spring between the pad and the leather seam. It was very uncomfortable . The manager would not admit there was a defect in the chair. He said it was the seam that I was feeling and that was the way the chairs were made. So I saw no reason to exchange it. I had no choice but to return the defective chair and pay a 25% restocking fee because of the unpadded space in the center of the chair and the spring was rubbing the leather.

Had a damaged sale got a 400 ashley recliner for $235 out the door. Nice chair, not a 1000 barcalounger but for 235 bucks one of the best deals I've ever made...what's to complain about? Give em a try I saw nothing but nice people there and was treated fine
