Do not rent here! Everything here breaks very easily! The pool is closed a lot as well! They have problems here with cockroaches and bedbugs! We moved in not knowing of the bedbug problem and ended up having to throw out almost all of our furniture! They luckily helped with getting us sprayed, but that only worked for a short amount of time! Almost everyone i talk to that lives in here has bedbug issues as well! I would not rent here nor would i suggest anyone else rent here! These apartments are small for the price as well!

This was the worst apartment I have ever lived in! There was little too no hot water during the winter there are currently broken pipes all over the complex. Below my steps has been flooding for over three months. When we first moved in there where cockroaches in the kitchen. They never clean the leaves out of the pool. The manager is rude and unhelpful. Refused to refund a deposit on gate cards that where purchased even though it stated that they where refundable per my contract. This morning I was evacuated out of my apartment due to a gas main they hit during another failed repair. Further more instead of the maintenance man letting us know about the leaking gas main he waited over ten minutes to have the fire department tell us. During this time they found it better to endanger the life of myself and my three month old daughter as well as every person in our complex. Please save your self the trouble, never rent here.
