At Drive Thru I placed my order and asked for extra side, creamed potatoes and gravy. Confirmed twice at drive thru and once more when I paid and picked up order. SURPRISE..I had a cup full of gravy when I got home and no potatoes. I did not know gravy was considered a side, guess I've been eating it wrong all these years.

Terrible: burger cold/mushrooms pieces of scraps left at the bottom/fries pass timer. I took a picture of this burger after purchase@ 12:36 terminal #3 drive thur. As a former Hardee's Richmond VA employee this was below corp standards.
