When I read the word "livery", I thought of the normal type of livery company with nice vehicles and clean drivers. Boy was I wrong! I called About Town Livery and asked to be picked up at the Mariott Hotel in Devens. A fellow attorney was visiting from out of state and we were headed to a seminar. The driver pulled up in a black SUV that was dirty on the outside. I got into the vehicle and it smelled like tobacco. There were cups on the floor and the driver was dressed in sweat pants and a stained shirt. I WAS EMBARASSED!! My colleague asked the driver if it was a legit livery company and the driver said it was. I thought I was on Candid Camera! But sadly, I was not! This is the worst livery/taxi I have ever used! Needless to say, I didn't call them back to pick us up when the seminar ended. I was fine with paying a few extra bucks for another company to come get us!

Very unprofessional driver ---- Dirty clothing --- Smell of tobacco and a little body odor in the air ------ Dirty car inside and out.
