I've been a client since 1997 and have only fantastic things to say about Friots. A family owned business, I have received personalized, fast attention anytime I called. Paul is direct and honest, and doesn't try to sell you equipment you don't really need. I had some minor trouble with the salt tank about 2 years ago and Paul was out to see me within 24 hours (It wasn't an emergency at all.) He rectified the problem right away. I've had regular service and maintenance, and Paul has noticed other issues in my basement that he brought my attention to. He is thorough, fast, and reasonably priced. I wouldn't put my water quality in anyone else's hands.
