Does not do good work. I had my cracked screen replaced on my laptop. I had to take it back the first time I opened it because the screen fell of due to the wrong type of tape. He then heated it up ,I guess with a heat gun, and melted about 6" of the top plastic piece the screen attaches to. It looks really bad.
