The first two times I brought my Shih Tzu Schmutz into Hollywood Hounds I found them very nice and they did a great job. However, this past Saturday I brought him in at 9:00 he was the FIRST dog there yet it took them until 2:30 to finally have him finished. When I called at 1pm to ask what was going on they said they were really back up. My question is, if he was the first dog there and had appointment at 9 am why was he not seen FIRST? When I came to get him they had screwed up his haircut so bad that he didn't even look like the same dog!!!! I got no apology and I was still charged full price for a botched haircut and a 5 hour wait.

I will no longer go to this place and I strongly suggest that no one else does either.
