Not family friendly. If you have absolutely no visitors or very little visitors, this is the place for you.Pool guests limited to two per unit. 1-2 Bedroom units and pet friendly, but if your dog barks, you may get told about "disrupting peaceful environment of the home." If you have family over, the same issue may apply. Very nice grounds and maintenance is highly responsive. Even the manager is nice/friendly. Manager has no power though. Humanity is ignored and you truly must be a hermit crab or very few visitors to get along.
