I needed my carpets cleaned as soon as possible. It didn't look like it was going to happen in time for our open house, but then Stanley Steemer's scheduler called with an opening the same day. Hallelujah! I was very satisfied with Emmanuel's and Fortunato's work. The stairs could have been been vacuumed a little more to dry them out better, but overall I'm really pleased. They worked really hard. The carpets look good. Thank you!

My appointment was set between 8 am and 930am. They arrived at 815am ready to go. I had moved most of my furniture before they arrived. But when they got here, they set up right away, made sure they were parked in an appropriate spot, and then took care to protect my home with wall corner protectors, mat covers, etc. They asked me which trouble spots to focus on, asked about any concerns i had before they started cleaning. They moved the furniture as they cleaned and set up the legs on blocks of foam so it would allow for proper drying while your furniture stood on top. In the past, when I used Sears Carpet cleaning, they said they would clean around the furniture. If you book online, Stanley Steemer offers 10% discount. They also leave you with a bottle of carpet cleaner as well as extra foam stoppers for any other furniture that you would like to move back into place once they are done. The prices between Stanley Steemer and Sears carpet cleaning are comparable - maybe a 30 dollar difference - but the fact that Stanley steemer will move your furniture, provide you the materials to protect your furniture and give you a bottle of carpet cleaning afterwards makes it worthwhile. They also come in a team of two to help make the job faster. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again in the future.

We have used Stanley Steemer a few times now. We have had nothing but great results and service. They were good with moving our furniture around and protecting things. Carpet takes a few hours to dry but the carpets are much cleaner than with other methods we have tried. If you really want to see what is pulled up look in their tank in the truck and you will be very surprised! We have a dog and a toddler so dirt is always an issue in our house.

I am not sure what some of the other negative reviews are referring to, but we had the most amazing experience with this Stanley Steemer outfit today. I have used them in Florida with great results, but until today not in California. We used another service previously (there's Chem in the name) who insisted they couldn't get the carpet any cleaner that they did. What a load of crap! Armando and Mateo from Stanley Steemer in Azusa made our carpets look brand new. There was only one child-related goop stain that they couldn't get out, but made it a lot!!!! less noticeable. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fast.

Their price was exactly what was quoted, they showed up when promised, even though I called at the last minute, they worked hard and did a good job. I'm a fan.

We told them over the phone how many rooms we needed cleaned and they gave us an estimate that was pretty accurate. Didn't charge more later and didn't add any stuff we didn't want in the first place. They even called us again 6 month later to see if we needed the service again.
