bernadine was not a regular customer (two deliveries last year) of less than 4 years. She ordered 350.00 worth which we pay a fee to the credit card company which we do not charge to our customers. Then called back to reduce it to to 250.00 worth later that day for personal reasons we incured another charge not charged to her. The reason we do not charge for credit cards is to make more efficient deliveries the driver pulls up makes his delivery and moves on to the next house no waiting for the customer to come to the door and negotiate with the driver which at best triples our delivery time. We have asked her many times to leave the tank unlocked and we will lock it after the delivery but she refuses to work with us we have to knock on the door wait for her to get the key so after working 18-20 hour days 7 days a week for 3 1/2 weeks straight and having 5 more houses to get to and snow getting bad.when I got to the house and that tank was locked and the house was dark no light on i rolled my hose up and moved on we would do it the next day. What she failed to mention was the nasty voicemail that she left us requesting her money back and the many many phone calls to our office even after we told her we returned her money as she requested. That the women in my office asked me to stop making deliveries and come back to the office to call her and as i walked in the door she was on the phone again so after incurring cc fees that equaled more that half our profit on a delivery that size and her refusal to work with us i decided she can go the the other company she gets most of her oil from she only buys from us approx 2 times a year and returned her money entirely.
