Best barn we've been at!! They take the best care of our horses & there's no drama!! The barn manager is the best & she really cares about your horse.

I have had my horses here for over a year and they are doing great. Not only health wise they look good and are jumping better than ever

Since my horse has been at B.E.C. my experience nothing but positive. They treat my horse as if he was one of their one. He needed to gain some weight when we began boarding, and I am very happy to say how great looks now. The trainers are great, I always look forward to going to the barn no matter how hard my horse or trainer makes me work, I would recommend B.E.C. to my friends.

The outdoor rings footing was so deep and never properly cared for.

There was no grass in half of the pastures and no chance was given for it to grow ever.

The fleas were terrible.

The covered ring was convenient

The barn did hold up during hurricane like weather

Our Horses were well cared for during the three years we boarded with Bayview. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor arenas. My riding instructor was great. We would still be boarding there if we hadn't moved out of state.

I've been waiting months for Ms. O'Connor to refund my board. She also shipped my horse from Houston area to Northern States without his blankets..After promising me she would. She knew I was already out of state and had to trust her! Nice huh? I've heard rumblings from other boarders after they left but assumed it was sour grapes; now I know the truth.



Ms. O'Conner and her "cohorts" are nothing but a bunch of theives. Unless you plan on being there all day..find another place to board. There are many with good reputations, don't take the change
