Second year in a row we don't get what we paid for. We bought a "thinking of you" bouquet and they said they didn't have purple roses and would swap it for something else. Ok. What we get is a bouquet with 4 roses, a handful of lillies, and a bunch of filler flowers... That's it. You don't get what you pay for. Just awful.

Could not have been happier. They were so helpful and easy to work with. We received so many compliments on the flowers, especially the Brides bouquet!

They don t honor the FTD policies, you don t get what you pay for, definitely are not a FTD florist

Sent flowers to my neice with Harts - she loved them!
