Haha, turns out, almost 5 years ago EXACTLY I left a 1 star review that I forgot about until coming back here today to again, leave a 1 star review!! Just this time I wasn't ignored while holding my less than 1 year old daughter while another customer walked in the garage to get someone to come help me after 15+ minutes. (9/10/2016 review attached via screenshot.)

Anyways... 2021 review below:

I have had my truck, WITH THE LADDER RACK ON and IN USE, in this shop countless times in the last 6 years. Will not be going there again. I was told that I could bring my work truck in for brake work the next morning because they went out yesterday. Here I am bright an early the next morning and the first thing he says when I walk in is "I see the truck but I didn't know it had a ladder rack, its not gonna fit with that. Oh and now we also can't do it if it's a body line either cause it takes too long and if one goes usually 4 go."

So here I am, zero brakes except e-brake, 35 minutes to get here, about to pull out of their parking lot for a 35 minute drive home, but only after leaving 1 star.

Brought my daughter car in for an a/c unit that went bad. They pulled the old unit out and put a bypass pulley in so we didn't have to replace the a/c. Well they used the wrong part and wanted to charge me to fix their mistake. I take all 3 of my vehicles here for maintenance, but won't anymore.

I love Bad Axe Muffler Man, I always recommend them to my friends and family. Great service.
