OK, I was lazy. I have a support plan with Apple, and chose to forgo that and seek and outside source. Everyone there was nice, but the moment I arrived, my guy said he need to leave for 5 minutes, which tuner into (on my watch) 22. My computer was slow, and so his work was to remove some files -- it was a real problem for me, but I think, for any expert, this was a 10 minute fix. We worked together to get me on the Cloud. I mean, which was a matter of opening some windows and saying yes. I am NOT saying I knew what to do, but I do know that this could have been done in five minutes as opposed to me asking over and over, "what do I do to move this forward and get this done?" It should NOT have been a project when all he had to do was say, Yes, click Ok and we'll move through this. He urged me to buy Pages for my MacBook so my Pages writes from my iPad would be shared on my Book, but when the the program did not load correctly, he said, "Must have gotten it wrong. Well, it was only $20." For me $20, is worth something. He was also called away from his desk a few times by his boss (who seemed to be oblivious to the fact that he had a client) for at lead 10 minutes. He seemed incapable of answering what I am guessing were pretty basic questions; I am not hyper-critical, but to ask questions about the way basic programs work is why you go to a place like this, and when the guy says he doesn't know the answers, and the clock is running it is tiring. And expensive. I spent $200 to have some programs removed, and to get me onto stuff that could have been efficiently taught in 10. Really, if you can't make it to Seattle, then maybe it's worth it, but if you can, do. We will never go back.
