don't shop here!!

Purchased a netspend prepaid card that was unable to be activated. Per netspend, return to store with card and original receipt and employee can verify it hadn't been activated and either refund or replace. Went to the store to do this, employee AND owner refused to do so, admitted they were aware it was an error and they could see the card hadn't been used. Called netspend and now I have to wait to use MY $ that I loaded because I have to wait for a check to be processed and mailed. Owner is extremely rude. He knew he was wrong. Don't buy netspend cards and don't give this store your business.
