We could not be more pleased with Shawn and our experience of buying his former home from and through him (Shawn being both the Listing Agent as well as the Seller). He is a man with high standards and the integrity he has put us very much at ease, because he is most definitely a man of his word. If he says he's going to do something, you can rest assured that it's going to not only be done.....but done in a timely manner! Provided by YP.comThis company is not a good company to rent from and Shawn click the light on if you can get the rental spot. And what rental company rent is due by the 3rd of each month. Get real? They do not follow up on their maintenance request. There property look goods but after a while everything breakdown. They do not call to let you know if you did not get the rental property. Very unprofessional and Shawn and Karen are always busy. Just save your self some problems, go to Distinctive Property, Maya Property or even Citywide Property. I have found out they are much more professional even if you get the apartment or not. They are just courteous!!! They mostly have rental property in bad areas.
