Our managers are all certified through the California Association of Community Management and also hold specialty certificates in portfolio management, new community development management (or both). The principal of Apex also holds a California Bureau of Real Estate Brokers' License. In addition to providing management services to some of Bakersfield's most beautiful communities, we offer consultant services to developers in need of assistance with new development's governing documents, rules & regulations and community guidelines.
