Every review I have read seams to have the same dang story as I...what a horrible experience I had with this store and it's lack of trained associates and ability to tell the truth. We were burned before and gave them a second chance after new ownership. Never again. Wouldn't bother me one bit if they went out of business again...guess it is time to go out of town for furniture! Ridiculous..

SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE, I was served by Lizette,; she gave me a price in a bed set and when I went back she called her boss over and gave me a 400 higher rate because she made a mistake. Manager did not want to honor her misleading information and bad training. In spite of that I decided to get just the bed. To my surprise she changed the price twice again , I tried to be patient and I paid for it.

When I left they called me as I was getting in my car and said that I forgot to pay the$25 dollars donation after I repeatedly asked her if I was paying the final price. I went back inside and cancelled my order, they were rude by telling me after all this that I won't get a better deal.

I told them that I am a manager in retail and that they were loosing a$600 dollar sale for the $25 they were asking for and also the sale they were going to have with me buying the mattress and entertainment center that I told them originally I was going to buy. Very unprofessional and poor training associates

Never will do business with th...

Never will do business with them again, sales people who lie, a distributiton center that has EXTREMELY rude staff, and overall in horrid company to do business with. My warranty expires tomorrow and they don't want to honor it because it expires tomorrow..WTF?? and after spending several hours on the phone with several different people I get very little satisfaction because they are limiting what they will do. Never know before that a warranty only work until the week before it expires..WTF???

Horrible!!!!

I bought furniture here on the 3rd. I was assured it would be delivered by the 14th. Well to make a long story short, its now the 23rd and I still havent recived the furniture. Everytime I call I get the same answer "Probably by the end of next week" I know the closed for this reaaon before, well it looks like the new owner isnt any better.

Despite the bad service of the last owner, this new mangement has competety changed the way Ashley operates. The sales people were very friendly and helpful, and I am 100% satisfied with my product. I highly recommend!!!!

Don't Bother

I received a call from their Corporate office 5 weeks after my order was paid in full and was informed that they would be delivering my furniture as the owners of the franchise in Bakersfield were experiencing financial difficulties and would not be honoring my order. I also had to wait 4 additional weeks to have my furniture delivered at their convenience instead of allowing me when to pick the time and date of my choosing as I was originally told since I did pay for the delivery as well. The items I purchased are being delivered this coming Saturday so I can't comment on how that will go as of this posting.
