The staff here is horrendously rude, and to be quite frank simply a bunch of liars. The warranty manager in general is the most unprofessional person I've dealt with in a very long time. I will never buy from Ashley furniture again ever, they will refuse to honor your warranty if its one day away from expiring. As she told me I need to give her at least a week's notice..I mean seriously since when does a warranty expire a week before the expiration date????
