Very good facility. I board my dog all the time.

Not even sure they deserve the 1 star I gave them... at the oaks is our vet.. (maybe not any more though) so I thought I could trust them to board my dog.. I was wrong.. I left my Maltese there for 2 nights... planned on 3 but my daughter got sick and so I picked up early. When I got there they said "oh we were just ready to call you" ... she shows me a stool sample with blood in it and said that she developed Diarrhea while there with blood in it.. SHE WAS FINE WHEN I DROPPED HER OFF!! So she needed my ok to test the stool.. $28! Then sat there telling me about how bad it would be for my family if she had parasites....so of course now I need to make sure my family is safe. So I reluctantly okay it.. and am MAD all night long because I start to think maybe they feed her the wrong food (my dog has a special diet.. that I brought with her IN SERVING SIZE BAGGIES!) .. sure enough the next day after I feed her rice and ground beef for one night.. she is fine.. they just called TEST IS NEG! Surprise!!! NO.. NOT REALLY!!! If you do take your furry friend here.. DO NOT OK any tests.. procedure without a second opinion!! In my opinion... FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!

These horribly unprofessional and unskilled groomers clipper burned my standard poodle's face.



I had to spend $75.00 on an emergency visit to my vet to have her face treated because of the rashes from their hot blades.



When I contacted them, they made it clear they felt I had done it myself to discredit them. DISGUSTING EXCUSES!



STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU LOVE YOUR PETS.
