Unfortunately I have had to shop here a lot of times. The 2 little boys in grown man bodies are incredibly rude, they don't greet anyone who comes in. Talk down to you for asking questions they are over paid to answer. Stare at you up and down while they talk to you. Every time I leave there as soon as I walk out the door I feel like I just had the worst customer experience of my life. I have no idea who would hire such a terrible staff. There was a Mexican woman who was nice and the older man in the back was nice. I feel sorry for whoever has to deal with those 2 on a regular basis. Spoiled brat kids with a lot of entitlement. Avoid this place at all cost.

Every experience has been a great one each time I walk into Base. Great knowledge ...extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service! Thank you!
