This business is horrible! My poor pup had an awful grooming experience. The groomers and the owner badly mistreat the animals that are in their care. I had to take my pup to my vet after she was groomed. I had to battle the owner to pay the vet bill and even had to go all the way to the Better Business Bureau to receive my money back for the groom and vet bill. '

I was disgusted at their lack of care for the animals that they are entrusted with. I have written reviews on several websites but somehow this business is able to remove most of the bad reviews. If you dig deep (which I highly suggest you do) you can still find some of the negative reviews they've received through Google. I wish I had taken the time to research this business before allowing them to work with my beloved pet. This is over a year later and I am still outraged and will do everything in my power to warn people against using their services.

You're fine in purchasing their products but do not leave your pet in their hands.

I just picked my 2 dogs up and I am thrilled. Both are happy, look and smell great. Previous groomers have suggested to tranquilizing one of my dogs because he gets stressed and I didn't like that. The staff here didn't ask me to give my dog meds and it went beautifully. The fact that my babies are clean, trimmed, and, most importantly, comfortable is the best testament to this company. They are also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Brought a dog home from the county shelter two years ago and she came with a recommendation to fun doggie daycare at Biscuit Boutique. Great place for my dog to play nice with others and get herself groomed and spiffy as well.

My dog is very old and she doesn't like to be left alone if not she gets all sad and doesn't eat so when I can't be home I bring her here and she loves it. Lynn is always nice to her and shows her lots of loving. Thank you guys for being so great!

Oh my god!! I love this place! They always have the cutest clothes for my chihuahua here and its hard to find cute clothes for small dogs. Every time I get new clothes from here for my baby she spins and jumps of excitement (she loves to wear clothes). I give you guys 10 STARS!!

I think that the idea of a doggie day care spa is totally cool. I like to take my dog, Pesto, in for a day of pampering. He gets washed and a conditioning for his skin and fur, and his nails trimmed, and his shag cut to a more manageable state. His tail is always a waggin when I pick him up. I love it and I believe so does he.

My Big D loves, and I mean loves coming here. I think that when I put him in the car and tell him where we're going he turns and turns in circles in anticipation of a great day. Staff love the animals they care for and when Big D comes home he looks so handsome and happy.

I frequently visit this spa with Spottie wagging his tail in pure bliss. They take special care of him and the staff is amazing. He is always super excited when it's bath time. It's something in the water at this place!!

Best Doggie Daycare Ever! I started bringing my pug puppy here on occasion back in March. Biscuit Boutique and Doggy Spa is everything they advertise and more! I truly appreciate that they completely separate small and large dogs. My puppy's cornea was scratched at another doggie daycare because the dogs were not properly separated. The friendly staff always happily greet us, and when I leave, I feel that she is in very good hands. I think my puppy loves the place too. Today she actually steered me to their door from the sidewalk. I'm sure she couldn't wait to see her friends:)

It is so convenient to bring your dog here. These people are very trustworthy and I have never had anything happen to my pups. Highly recommended!

The staff here has been grooming my 2 dogs for as long as I've had them, one time my Maltese had gotten out and gotten dirty the day after being groomed. When I brought her back they gave her a bath again for free! They are really passionate about what they do!

The groomers at this place love dogs and love their job! I've always had a wonderful experience with this place, so does my dog.

I always rave about Biscuit. It's simply the best dog store around! They employ friendly staff that really care for the dogs. You can tell they treat all the dogs like kings and queens. When I leave my puppy at doggy day care I feel confident that the Biscuit employees know what they are doing.

My Jack Russel loves it here!! She never wants to leave. Biscuit Boutique spoils my dog by grooming her beautifully and give her the best treats! The store has a wide selection of cute collars, dog clothes, beds, dishes, and tasty treats! If you love your dog and want to spoil them, come here!
