Provided by YPmobileWe bought a new GD Reflection last month. We’ve had a few minor things that need repair so I tried to contact BD to see how I obtain warranty service, they kept transferring me to a voicemail and no one called me back. Finally called GD and they are assisting me. The Finance Department had our wrong address on the paperwork, she made a “note” of the correct address but we never received anything. When we got the license plate from DMV they had the wrong address so it did not get corrected, Once we found who financed it we called them. They corrected the address and now we have to deal with the DMV, do better BlueDog.
