I've been fueling my cars at the Shell Station at Brookside market for over 4 years. Lately I've noticed pumps not working and poor service overall. Today I went inside to pay with debit so that I can get the cash discount on fueling. Cashier Mukesh informs me that won't qualify for the discount. O.k. fine. I walk back out to begin fueling and pump is not working. I walk back in and Mukesh tells me "Why did you tell me pump 3?" First of all I am 100% certain I said pump 2. I asked for $23 on pump 2. Secondly why is he blaming me? I tell me I said pump 2 and he continues to argue with me. BAD customer service. How easy would it have been for him to say he pressed the wrong button and it'd be a few minutes. He made a bad situation worse because he couldn't own his mistake. Taking my business down the street to TEXACO.
