This branch is worse than a crap hole. The tellers are snotty -- particularly the one who looks like a librarian with glasses at the window on the far left side -- she acts like the branch is in Beverly Hills, not Bakersfield. Truth is, she probably doesn't have any money in any bank anywhere -- poor thing. The personal bankers are slow (be prepared to take the entire day off work). Also, the personal bankers do not know what they are doing. Every time I go in, they need something else that they didn't have the courtesy to tell me about on my previous visit. The manager stomps around like Godzilla attacking the city, between her corner office and some locked door on the other side of the lobby with one piece of paper in her hand. It's a pitty she's not paying attention to the CUSTOMERS. My dad banks here and I just took over POA -- I'll be moving his money to a place more service oriented. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would.
