I'll start by saying, you get what you pay for. 40$ will get you a night, a bed, a tv with cable, and a phone. But they have mold in the shower, cockroaches, they don't give you shampoo, you have to ask for the kitchenette. The towels and the bed sheets are stained. The floor is so dirty you can't walk from the shower to the bed without socks or flip flops on, or you'll have to wash your feet again. The cleaning lady lives there, and is very rude.. And the people in the office barely speak English. I recommend taking your 40$ someplace else.
