Provided by YP.comMr. Horrigan has been my family law attorney for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable and is straight forward in his communications. With Mr. Horrigan you know exactly where you stand going in to court. He has helped tremendously in my custody hearings and after a few court battles my custody has improved significantly. He was my voice of reason during the course of trial. He not only was great but his paralegal has been amazing and went above and beyond for us. Mr. Horrigan is not a cheap generic lawyer. He screens cases and takes those that he feels passionate about and is ONLY interested in helping the children involved. Mr. Horrigan is so great that I have referred friends and colleagues to him. If you are disappointed it is because you didn't allow him to truly help you and let emotion take over. I appreciate all he has done for me and my family.

Provided by YP.comI understand family law is extremely emotional and difficult; however, I hired an attorney to help ease the process of an unfortunate custody battle and that ended with a completely adverse result. Mr. Horrigan’s office staff is completely rude. The receptionist was impatient and discourteous; his paralegal was so unprofessional, inarticulate and unintelligible and also made references to me being “her client” between a completely random mutual acquaintance on a public social networking site, which is beyond unethical in my opinion. Mr. Horrigan, although very knowledgeable, was impersonal, didn’t remember my name or the nature of my case at any of our court appearances, phone conferences, etc… It made me extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied with choosing to retain him. I made numerous phone calls, with no answer. I was never followed up with, I always had to call their office back to check on the status of my inquiry and whether someone was ever going to call me back, then also billed me for every time I had to follow up because they were untimely, or unresponsive rather. Most of their practice from my experience with their office was noncompliant the Professional Code of Conduct for the California State Bar. Per my executed retainer and fee agreement, I was supposed to receive a notice when my retainer reached a nominal value of $1,000.00 and when I requested a copy of my client trust account, I had a balance DUE. I NEVER received a notice that my client trust account was reaching $1,000.00, under $1,000.00, or even at a zero balance. This is again, uncooperative with the California State Bar Professional Code of Conduct.
