We have been in our home for 1 year now, and DOA did our home's termite inspection. Two weeks ago we discovered an infestation. I understand that the inspection is visual only, but many of the kickout holes were on window sills and high places where they should have been noticed. Anthony came to our home to do another inspect, and told my wife that we should just spray some WD40 in the kickout hole and vacuum the frass. He says that's what he does in his home and that termites aren't that big of a deal. I can understand if you messed up an inspection, but to try and say termites aren't a big deal when that is what your company supposedly specializes in is an obvious cop out and shirking of responsibility. He didn't even give us a quote for any termite abatement services. Talk to Clark, they did a thorough inspection and gave us all our options. Fyi they and other exterminators said the infestation was more than likely 5+ years old. Deserves 0 stars.
