I went to David’s a few weeks ago to pick out my wedding dress then came back last weekend to pick out my step daughters dress. Both times I was assisted by wonderful Anna. She was amazing. She gave wonderful suggestions, fetched every dress, helped us put on our dresses, and was so thoughtful

I live in San Diego and I had to find a specific dress for my cousin's wedding, last minute. I had called just about every store in California, but it wasn't until I got a hold of Jamie at the Bakersfield store where I received exceptional service. She was able to look up the dress I needed in the system and she answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Thank you for the awesome customer service, Jamie! I would recommend the Bakersfield store above all the others!

Bad service

I went to the David Bridal store in Bakersfield CA they are unhelpful I went in there one the girl say hi and ask me what I'm looking for I told I'm looking for a dress for cocktail wedding party what sad part is she said oh all the dress is gonna be over there go have a look someone will come help so I look for the dress no one show up or no one will come and ask me if I'm doing ok or if I need some help no one so I found the dress I when and ask for fitting room got room still no one would come help, it's so sad just because I'm buying a dress not expensive enough for to help me. I will not recommend to anyone but if you buy a expensive dress like a bridal dress sure you'll get help that's so sad

Average service

The dresses were gorgeous! Though availability in my size was small so trying them on was more of a hassle. Staff was a bit pushy to make a sale.....

This is an average place with ...

This is an average place with average employees. I had a lady who was helping me and was also helping someone else so it took longer and I was waiting for a while for everything I asked for. One would think if someone is going in there to spend 500 or more on a dress they would have enough employees to help each person especially when theres hardly any more than three women seeking a wedding dress at a time.
