Read all of their reviews and comments both here, on facebook, and anywhere. Pay VERY CLOSE attention to the excuses that the owners make. I WISH I HAD OR I WOULD HAVE NEVER DONE BUSSINESS WITH THEM!

I sincerely DO NOT want another bride going thru what I went thru.

They never kept in contact with me about my order that i paid in full. i had to call them just to find out status. they lost part of my order. They made excuse after excuse never triying to get me what I ordered. No viable explanation. they never offerd a refund so i could find a new one. I only got a refund after I gave them 8 months to provide me with my product and I demaded one. they screamed and my fiance and hung up on him. they blamed me and lied to us repaetedly. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The worst part is they do not care. I never even recieved an apology.

What a wonderful and warm team. the two girls at Enchanted are funny and fun to work with and really know their stuff. they have a great selection of dresses and even some exclusive designers. no need to drive all the way to LA to get the dress that's right here in Bakersfield
