Called and was told they would hold the car for me I offered a deposit Alex said ""no thats ok ", even sent a check for payment , booked a flight from Phoenix to Bakersfield then I got a call 2 days before I was to leave telling me they sold the car. The flight was nonrefundable so it cost me $380.00 and he refuses to return my calls or emails . Stay away ! FAR FAR AWAY

We bought a car at fiat of Bakersfield earlier this year and found the experience to be totally satisfying. While giving us a tour of the lot our salesman,George Kassas, carefully compared and explained the various models. He was sincerely interested in our needs as car buyers. There was no pressure at any time; only an effort to make the car buying process as easy as possible. George showed us how to use the equipment on the car and followed up with us to see if we were having any problems.
