Provided by YP.comI will NEVER go to the Firehouse again!!!! I went there tonight for the first time for my friends bday and the service was horrid! + they charge an 18% gratutity fee onto your bill without telling you....let me tell you why i would not have tipped this loser a dime! He brought out a dirty glass, he didn't know any of the beers they served or the prices of anything on the menu, he brought my friend the wrong beer and didn't tell him my friend said it was a different color/taste and didn't know the truth until the bill came and found out it was a different beer than he ordered, None of the games worked, and there was almost a fight where the games for the children are and the bar tender watched the entire incident and didn't do anything, the waiter was slower than a turtle at bringing anything out and he was very rude. After I realized the 18% gratuity fee i asked to speak to the manager she told me there was nothing she could do that it is a standard gratuity fee when there are 6 bills (there were only 4 or 5 with our group) and refused to do anything to fix the problem. Firehouse is the worst restaurant I've been to in years! The Firehouse is not a family friendly environment and the service was a complete disgrace!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have been waiting for this place to open every since we saw the sign go up, but we did not expect just how big this place was going to be. First of all it looks fantastic inside. When we came it was just after five and very busy. We had to wait for just over thirty minutes, but there was so much to do it went by very fast. There are a bunch of vintage fire truck photos around the bar and restaurant area, and one huge mural in the dining area. It looks like it might be Chester Ave way back when. Once you get past the restaurant and the bar there is a huge area with very nice pool tables. I don't know how many but there was a lot of them. There in also a nice size video game area where the kids can win tickets. I didn't count but there were flat screen everywhere and a really big projector screen in the bar. We never made it upstairs so I can't tell you about that but our waiter said it was the VIP area. The diner service was quite slow but the food was really good. My husband had the filet it was very tender and had a great flavor. My steak wrap was out of this world good.
