My mother and I were trying to get the best possible finance deal, for someone who has no credit at all. We were there well past the normal closing time, putting the numbers to work again and again. It was the guys at First Car who did all the juggling, going above and beyond. We did get a great deal. As far as the vehicle goes, it's a used car and of course had a couple of issues. But nothing that normal fix and repair didn't take care of. Got a great used Jeep for a great deal. If your looking for a used car that needs an oil change and maybe some tires, this place is more than happy to make it work for you.

DO NOT buy cars from First Car!!!! I recently purchased a truck on 8/13/15 from the First Car located on 727 Oak St in Bakersfield CA and it has given me only problems. First Car omitted information to the insurance and to me about the after market filter that the truck has. Due to this after market filter the truck was NOT covered by the warranty and the transmission is bad, the canister vent solenoid needs replacement, the center support bearings need replacement and the front/rear breaks are bad. This truck has been turning off and overall is a headache. First car will not solve my problem. Be careful with this unprofessional businesses.

If i could rate this a 0, I would. Both my experience and my mothers experience have been awful. They have been both time consuming and costly. The only plus is that you get treated fairly nice but what car dealer would scare you off by being rude. If you are thinking about buying a car from first car, i would suggest you do research on the car and once your looking at it, make sure all the pieces are intact. save yourself the hassle and go to carmax!
