Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE SERVICE. WE took our Durango in for a complete electrical failure. We were told our vehicle would most likely be diagnosed within 2 days. Mind you, the warranty doesnt authorize a rental car until the vehicle is diagnosed. Our Durango was in their shop for 3 WEEKS before they diagnosed the problem as the alternator (Which was not underlying problem as anyone with a little automotive knowledge could guess). They sent my wife on the road after replacing the alternator, saying everything is fixed. She asked if the PCM and TIPM (similar problems online indicated those items) were checked, She was guaranteed everything was checked and in working order.

Provided by YP.comFirst of all, when I bought my car in 2006 the salesman lied to me by promising me I could have a certain rim & then writing up the contract without the rims. It took me a long and exhausting time to make them live up to their verbal agreement.
Then recently, I took my car to have it serviced and the service "professional" kept extending my completion date nearly a week longer than originally promised. Very unprofessional was more like it, especially when he told me, "It's been hot lately and the guys slow down when it's hot." My jaw almost dropped.
So, the two lessons I've learned is don't buy your car at Haddad and don't take your car to get it serviced at Haddad "when it's hot" in Bakersfield, CA. When is it not hot?!?!

Provided by YPmobileThese guys took care of me from start to finish. They didn't keep me waiting ,I felt they respected my time. I highly recommend this dealership. I drove two hours to get my truck and it was totally worth it. My salesman was Corey, great kid , and worked hard for my business.

Provided by YP.comI have credit issues, and I've been treated like a pariah by every other dealership in town. Haddad Dodge treated me as if I was their favorite customer, going far beyond the expected action and effort on their part to ensure I was a satisfied customer.
I cannot say enough to suggest the appreciation I feel towards them for treating me like a man.
If there ever is a time when I can purchase a vehicle, it will most definatley be purchased from Haddad Dodge.
Please, please, if you are considering purchasing a vehicle, used or new, make Haddad Dodge your primary choice, you will not be disappointed.

Provided by YP.comThis is my second review. The first one was removed. and I was blocked. It has been brought to my attention that with the economy the way it is that they are short handed and can't get vehicels in and out. Once my vehicle was diagnosed (a week later)
they were able to repair it. It was under the warantee and they had my vehicle a week before looking at it and gave me no rental car. They no longer have loaner cars due to the cut backs and the economy. Will I purchase another Dodge UMMMMMMMMMMM not if they can't service me on a timely basis. Cotton and the Service Manager went beyond the call of duty to help.
