I had the unfortunate experience of hitting a metal can in the middle of the road in Bakersfield and it done some significant damage to the front end of my 2003 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4. I filed the first insurance claim of my entire life and had JIM BURKE COLLISION CARE do the repairs. The manager there a very young and inexperienced woman named Michelle RUSHED her techicians through the repairs and failed to properly assemble the piece under the air condenser radiator and despite the studs visible told me that the vehicle was MADE LIKE THAT and that there was nothing else they could do to fix it. I demanded to see her manager and he and I went and found another Ford Explorer on the lot and I pointed out to him that they had failed to order an additional piece and he agreed and said they would have to order it and that I would have to bring my vehicle back again to fix what should have been fixed the first time. It was eventually fixed to factory standards but I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
